14-day no-questions refund. If you are not happy with your Full Star Map Report, email hello@wanderstar.app within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full $9.99 to your original payment method. You don't need to give a reason.
Include the email address you used at checkout (or your report link) so we can find the payment. Refunds are issued through Stripe within 3 business days of your request; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
After 14 days we may still help — just ask. Refunding does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
